Shipping policy

 Canada Free Shipping on all orders over $200.

At Lushica & Co. all orders are carefully processed within 3 to 5 business days. 

Shipping times vary for Standard or Express. Shipping times will be displayed at checkout.

During the fall and winter holiday season it may take longer then normal for shipping.

On any significant delay in shipment we will inform you via email.

Currently, we only ship in Canada.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekdays or holidays.

Shipping Rates

We are located and ship from Kitchener, Ontario.

Our shopping cart page will give shipping rates based on your address, before you checkout. 

Shipping Issues

Purchases of products through lushica.ca are subject to a destination contract.

This means that the risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon the carrier’s delivery to your domestic address.

Lushica & Co. is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage occurring through  shipping.

Tracking Numbers

Once your order has been processed at our facility, we’ll send you an email  notification. This email will contain the information as the label was created and a tracking number. You only be able to verify and track the expected delivery date within 24 hour after you receive the email.

If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

Undeliverable Packages

In case your carrier shipping returns your package to us due to errors in the address that you provided, we will not refund the original products order, nor the shipping fee on your products order, but we reserve the right to charge from your card, the shipping fee on packages return to us, if you are not charged this return shipping fee.
