Refund policy

Lushica & Co. does not offer refunds or exchanges on any regular items, sale items or gift cards purchased from our store. 

If your order arrives damaged because of our fault, we will be happy to replace the item for you.

Damage and Issues

At Lushica & Co. we take care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition and also we take pictures on all our shipped orders. 

In case your order arrives damaged, it is very important to keep all packaging materials and damaged products and contact us by email within 24 hours of receiving your order - lushicashop@gmail.com. Please include your order numbers, damage issues, photos of packaging materials and damaged products, as well your name and address.

Refunds/Exchanges for damaged items cannot be issued without contacting us and providing photos.

All damaged items will be replaced for the same value, fragrance and weight, but we cannot guarantee the vessel will be the same due the COVID-19 supply shortages.

Return/Exchange Damage Items

After we receive your damaged items request, if we consider it to be our fault, you will receive an email with a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged items return, with a new tracking number.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a damaged return/exchange will not be accepted. 

Cancellation Order

At the moment, we are not able to offer order cancellations.
