Lushica & Co. was created by Juliana Nutu a certified floral designer with over 10 years of experience, and member of Canadian Academy of Floral Art . Juliana, while working with flowers, discovered her passion for candles. Now fully committed to the true art of candle making, Juliana and her family are devoted to delivering natural soy wax candles that will inspire love and relaxation.

 

 

In the process of testing for the perfect wax, wicks and fragrances, we came to the final result. We offer a perfect blend of ingredients that are safe for the environment and safe for burning indoors.

Our soy wax is a natural and renewable resource which means that it is extremely clean burning, soot free and has an amazing scent throw.

We use high quality wicks which are lead-free, unbleached, and made from textile-grade cotton.

Our premium fragrance oils are phthalate-free.

 

 

Fragrances

Choosing the raw materials and testing our new formula by mixing the fragrance oils with the soy wax are some steps in our manufacturing process.

Assembly

Our candles are handmade in Kitchener, Ontario Canada. Their fabrication begins by choosing and setting up the wicks. They are carefully attached to the bottom of each vessel by using a wick stickum to remain perfectly centered with the help of our handmade centering tools. The vessels are then aligned on tables before pouring.

Pouring

Right after the wax is mixed with the fragrance, we pour by hand into the aligned vessels.

Trimming

After we surfaced the candles, the wick is trimmed to ¼ of an inch to ensure an optimal first burning.

Labeling

Each label is centered and affixed by hand.

Packaging

                             

Our packaging is 100% recycled and we encourage you to recycle the packaging after opening.
